Whether we are helping business leaders prepare to raise funds for their organization, or assisting them in preparing a strategic growth plan, we help them focus on three critical basic business components: Strategy, Finance, and Leadership. My Why
I’ve always had a passion for the underdog; i.e. for the people who’ve been declared – for whatever reason – most unlikely to succeed. Small businesses are the underdogs of the business community given that they have a failure rate of 50% to 80% in the first two years. The deck is stacked against them on almost all fronts; they have the least amount of affordable resources, they are challenged when it comes to accessing or raising capital, they have little to no infrastructure and the business acumen learning curve is incredibly steep and lonely for them. In addition, sometimes they don’t have the professional savvy to organize a good advisory board or resource team to help them with important decisions. Inevitably many of them just don’t make it. I want to help change that.
The Solution
A veteran of multiple ventures myself, I’ve chosen to use my financial talents, intuitive gifts, and passion for the business underdog to create my own consulting company. My intent when founding KhironBae was not only to offer services that help defy the odds of becoming business winners but to create an entity that focuses on making a difference in the small business community. While I don’t believe there is a one-size-fits-all success formula, I do believe that there are certain elements that contribute to the success of any business, like implementing sound financial policies, creating feasible business strategies, and operating an advisory board to help make good business decisions.
My Philosophy
I also believe that understanding where your money is going and how much of it is going there is just as important as understanding how much money is coming in. Equally significant is knowing that all business strategy has a critical financial component. If you don’t understand the costs of your business decisions, how those costs are related to the revenue or how the strategy can influence the economic value of the organization, there will eventually be a misstep that could cost the business owner his or her success. My goal is to use my financial and business knowledge to help enterprise leaders create better plans so that they don’t need to liquidate, thereby improving their odds of winning
My job is to help professionals carve out a plan to achieve their business goals. I do this by asking clear cut questions about the intended direction of the organization and about the current resources. By understanding where my clients want to go and where they’re located on the intended trajectory, I’m able to help chart a course to get them where they want to be.
